Chairs and tables are included in the rental. This space is great for meetings, birthday parties, quinceaneras, small wedding receptions, book signings, gaming tournaments, pop up retail shops, band rehearsals, podcast/ broadcasting, photoshoots, filming etc. Price is subject to change depending on type of event or to accommodate additional people. Space can be combined with Ballroom "B" which is a yoga/dance studio for a total square foot of 2200
