Unique Lodge Minutes from SXSW Venues

This beautiful two floor lodge in the heart of Austin's Zilker Park, located minutes from SXSW venues, features our ready for rental spaces. Our Great Room, Activity Room and outdoor pavilion is ready to host corporate gatherings, staff retreats, product launches and an endless amount of other events.

The Activity Room sits on the ground floor with direct access to the commercial kitchen and covered, outdoor pavilion. Totaling an 840 sq ft wide open space and a ceiling height of 12ft.

The Great Room, also 840 sq ft., is directly adjacent to the Activity Room, across the foyer, and includes comfortable couch seating, two cocktail tables, a flat screen TV with Apple TV, pool and foosball table.

Be advised that there is a second floor which has a conference room completely packed with a smart board and video HDMI. Additionally, 150 beds spread across 14 rooms, 25 showers, 26 toilets and 8 bathrooms.

The space is fully furnished but we can easily remove and rearrange the furniture. Chairs and tables are also provided.
