We have a luxurious and spacious open floor plan that can be utilized to produce a wide variety of content ranging from high fashion, beauty, interviews, music videos, films, & more.

You are welcome to rearrange furniture and bring your own props & set design. The options are essentially limitless.

Located in the creative heart of Downtown Bushwick in Brooklyn, your booking includes the entire living area space, a brand new kitchen, bathroom and the following amenities upon request:

PRICING:

Events: $150/hour (2 Hour Minimum)

Productions $100/hour (2 Hour Minimum)

Meetings $100/Hour (2 Hour Minimum)

Extra Fees:

Cleaning $75 (For Every Booking)

Security (For Events Only) $75/Hour
