Unique store front and creative space with a outdoor courtyard, in Little Havana

This 1,100 unique store front is located in Little Havana just blocks from the world famous Calle Ocho with a beautiful outdoor courtyard. It is an open floor plan that has room to change. This space is perfect for events, pop ups, creative space, and much more. We are part of a wonderful community of other businesses in the building that consist of a award winning restaurant, art galleries, bakery, and trendy nail salon.

Operating hours are 9:00am-11:00pm Monday - Sunday.

Outdoor Patio is used by the restaurant "Doce Provisions" Wednesday - Sunday 12pm - 10pm and is closed Monday and Tuesdays which leaves us with full access on those days. We have access to the patio 24/7 but with limited space when restaurant is open.
