This house is perfect for film production, photo shoots, events and more. It is a beautiful and modern living space. One bedroom, one bath - total 700 sq ft.

Living room - large open layout with a beautiful kitchen + elegant island, brand new leather couches, high end OLED TV, dining table, appliances, and more.

Bedroom - fully furnished with lovely decor and desk/office area.

Bathroom - granite floors, white tile in standing shower with all black hardware (gorgeous look!), and floating vanity.

Living room has plenty of room to put up greenscreen and set up a photo shoot or simply enjoy and get creative with the existing space.

We welcome scouting/site-visits prior to rental! We do ask for a small fee for safety and insurance purposes.
