Modern space in the Arts District

In the heart of the Arts District in downtown LA, our space is within walking distance to the ROW, Warner Music's headquarters, Dover Street Market, Firehouse Hotel, Bestia and many more.

Our space is designed with a modern touch, yet minimal, to allow for multiple configurations to accommodate your needs. We have polished concrete floors and new white walls that are 11ft in height. Our space faces 7th street which allows for great visibility through our 10ft tall front windows. We have a security system, new central AC/Heat, a parking lot, a private bathroom and a kitchen.
