Creative Storefront in Chinatown

Our modern and creative open space has lofty 14 foot ceilings and is minimally decorated to serve as the perfect backdrop for any production or event. The west facing street-level windows provide lots of natural light throughout the day and steel curtain doors provide you with the option to completely block out light as needed. Located on the edge of Chinatown, Echo Park and DTLA.

The following amenities are available free of charge: a VERY pink newly renovated bathroom, a long table and 6 chairs, 2 satellite bars, 6 bar stools, 1 high boy and 2 stools, 2 comfy chairs with a side table, 1 mint mini fridge, a built-in bench, assorted plants, 2 mounted Sonos speakers with Bluetooth connection, and high speed internet.

One day includes 8 hours of access to the space. You will be provided by email with access instructions to enter through the front door.

For events where alcohol is to be served, guests are required to hire a licensed bartender.

Failure to provide our staff with the appropriate certification will result in a fine of $250+.
