We have a small outdoor patio (approx. 3 × 5 m) beside a disused pub, right opposite Kentish Town West station and around the corner from Copenhagen Street Market. There is on‐site power, water (sink) and a small fridge available.

We’re looking to rent this space to a quality coffee cart operator, on a straight rental basis. In return, the operator would pay us a fixed monthly fee to serve the local footfall—around 20,000 pedestrians per week.
