Our venue offers a total of 60 sqm split into two spaces, the front being the window display, small reception/event space equipped with bar. The back features an office with library, fireplace, and a versatile mezzanine for storage or other such purposes. It is an ideal venue for private and corporate events, exhibitions, Pop-Up stores and showrooms, specifically during the Fashion Week period.

Ground floor: street-facing vitrine (2.60cm x 1.60) + room with fully equipped kitchen: 16 sqm. The space is listed at the monuments historiques de Paris: original ceiling by atelier Gilbert from the 19th century, original clay-based inlaid tiles floors and ancient mirrors.

Office space: surrounded by authentic stone walls from the 19th century , the office space offers a desk, library and fireplace; plus a mezzanine of 9 sqm (can be used as an additional working space).

Underground floor: bathroom facilities (shower, bathtub, sink, storage space and laundry room).

Ceiling height of all spaces: 4,50 m
